> Classic Program - Members are required to avail primary medical needs from PhilCare clinics or PhilCare Primary Care physicians.
> Preferred Program - Members may directly access PhilCare Preferred Clinics/Health Facilities for primary care and out-patient services, including referrals to PhilCare Affiliated Specialists and referrals for diagnostic procedures not available in the PhilCare Preferred Clinics.
> Premiere Program - Members may directly access PhilCare Preferred Clinics or PhilCare Affiliated Hospitals through the office of the PhilCare coordinators or PhilCare Authorized LOA Issuer for specialist consultations and necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
> Preferred Program - Members may directly access PhilCare Preferred Clinics/Health Facilities for primary care and out-patient services, including referrals to PhilCare Affiliated Specialists and referrals for diagnostic procedures not available in the PhilCare Preferred Clinics.
