Individual/Family Programs

The Comprehensive Health Care Program provides access to a predetermined set of health care services for individual or family enrollees. These services, which include out-patient care, emergency treatment, preventive health care, and in-patient services are paid at a predetermined fixed rate for an agreed period.

Under this program, one can choose between the Classic Standard Program and the Classic Elite Program. The Classic Elite Program includes access to Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Makati Medical Center, St. Luke's Medical Center (Quezon City), and The Medical City.

The Classic Executive Program cater to the needs of executives through a wider range of health care coverage, special services, and amenities.

It has a point-of-service option benefit or the partial reimbursement of medical expenses incurred under a local non-affiliated doctor of hospital, whether emergency or non-emergency in nature. All services may only be availed of locally.

PhilCare's Classic Executive Elite Program answers the needs of corporate clients to offer their high-level executives with the advantages of high benefit limits, offshore treatment, and a more extensive out-patient executive check-up package.

It includes a wider range of health care coverage as well as special services and amenities that executives need in addition to the Classic Executive Program.

Corporate Programs

BG+ Classic Standard / BG+ Classic Elite is a health care plan with an add-on group life insurance benefits designed specifically for small businesses with 5 to 19 employees

Health Advantage Program (HAP) is a health care program for corporate accounts with 5 to 300 employees that offers comprehensive health care benefits. It also offers full waiver of pre-existing conditions, waiver of pre-existing conditions, option for a clinic or hospital base access, Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) applies to almost all covered benefits and coverage extended up to 64 years old.

Comprehensive Health Care Program (for small to jumbo accounts) offers tailor-fit health care benefits with out-patient care, emergency treatment, preventive health care, and in-patient services for companies with 5 or more employees.

>>  Classic Program - Members are required to avail primary medical needs from PhilCare clinics or PhilCare Primary Care physicians.

>>  Preferred Program - Members may directly access PhilCare Preferred Clinics/Health Facilities for primary care and out-patient services, including referrals to PhilCare Affiliated Specialists and referrals for diagnostic procedures not available in the PhilCare Preferred Clinics.

>>  Premiere Program - Members may directly access PhilCare Preferred Clinics or PhilCare Affiliated Hospitals through the office of the PhilCare coordinators or PhilCare Authorized LOA Issuer for specialist consultations and necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.


IP Care Program - Hospitalization Health Care Services Only

Health Management Program (HMP) is a unique health program offered to corporate clients who would like their self-insured health care programs administered and managed. The client, in consultation with PhilCare, designs the health care package within a specific budget for the health care needs of the company, which may include out-patient services, in-patient services or both.

PhilCare prepaid cards are not only accepted in PhilCare clinics, but in another health care providers as well.


YHES Buddy Card (Yearly Health Examination Service)  * Php 499 only
This is an Annual Physical Examination (APE) package that helps determine your current health profile. It may also be used as Pre-employment Health Clearance.

WeCare Card * Php 999 only
The WeCare Card is a prepaid card that entitles you to five (5) health consultations with a General Practitioner or a Family Medicine Specialist. The card also offers personal accident insurance which includes hospitalization income benefits and Accidental Death and Disablement coverage for card holders 18 to 59 years old.
